The 15th annual conference will take place on May 29-31, 2008, in Collioure. This meeting is organised by the European Association of Wine Economists - EuAWE ( http://www.EuAWE.org), the Vineyard Data Quantification Society - VDQS (http://www. vdqs.net) and Gastronometrica ( http://www.gastronometrica.org).

The aim of the conference is to promote exchanges of research ideas and results across a range of fields related to vine, wine and gastronomy.

You are invited to submit papers (if possible, abstracts and full version) for this conference according to the list of themes below. A scientific committee will evaluate all submitted papers.
